100 Pall Mall is Set in the heart of St James’s, a stones through from St James Sq. Our Project was to enhance the arrival experience but reimagining the reception, lift lobby and staircase creating a sense of luxury with the use of exceptional finishes and lighting.
The Project was complex due to having to ensure the reception area remained fully operational throughout the works. This was achieved by introduction a protected tunnel, providing a safe, clear means of entrance and egress for the Building Tenants, whilst creating enclosed work spaces both side of the reception and to the ceilings.
There were phased out of hours works which ensured seamless finishes throughout
the space.
The final result was a sumptuous Art deco inspired welcome, using deep colour and bright contrasts befitting Building with an address of such prestige.
