The Post house has been transformed from a derelict office building to fourteen high end apartments. The apartments are a mixture of one and two bed, fully fitted with new kitchens, bathrooms and mechanical and electrical services.
We have undertaken an upwards extension to the existing building to add two luxury two bed apartments, with views of Clapham Common. A new lift has been installed to serve all floors.
The common parts have been refurbished with new lighting, small power and decorations, with staircase extended to serve the new fourth floor. Life safety systems have been installed throughout including new fire alarm system, emergency lighting and smoke extract system.
