A ‘white box’ refurbishment in The city!

Virtus were engaged to carry out refurbishment of these premises which was suffering with a sustained and ongoing water ingress problem which rendered the space unusable.
Following extensive investigations and testing, the main cause of ingress was detected and resolved. This was coupled with the installation of a full tanking system as a belt and braces approach to mitigate any future issues.
With the above phase of works complete and the premises dried out a full replacement of low level services were carried out followed by installation of raised access flooring and the making good of all finishes to provide a ‘white box’ with maximum flexibility to appeal to the widest possible group of future tenants.
