The project duration was 18 weeks, in this time we stripped the 1st floor and reception area ready for the new finishes to be installed.
The first floor had all new services installed along with a new ceiling and all core walls were fully decorated.
The reception area was a higher spec which included polished plaster walls, high end carpet and curtains and a new reception desk.
We were asked to install a living wall on the terrace which was not part of the original contract but this was delivered after the project finishes as it was not possible to get this in time due to the late instruction. However is has finished off the terrace area very nicely.
The final project was completed on budget and on time.
