Following the successful delivery of BCS London offices, Virtus were instructed to carry out a high end CAT B fit out spread across three floors in Swindon.
The works included new glazed and solid partitions to create new boardrooms, meeting rooms and offices along with the addition of new heating, cooling, electrical and fire safety systems.
Virtus also assisted with the coordination of the clients furniture installation and the introduction of new cat 6 cabling to suit the new requirements.
We worked to strict timescales as the clients existing lease was due to expire, ensuring that all three floors handed over on time and within budget.
