Virtus Contracts in partnership Marchini Curran Architects were instructed to undertake the refurbishment of East Midlands Training Centre on behalf of RyanAir. Split over 2 buildings.
The works included the reconfiguration of staff offices, classrooms and briefing rooms including new finishes and MEP throughout.
Phasing of the project was made more complicated as the buildings continued to operate whilst work was on going, including the flight simulator bays which are in operation 24hrs a day.
