The works on level 6 consisted of removal of the existing finishes including internal partitions, doors and flooring. The ceiling was left in place with some minor repairs required where partitions had been removed.
New partitions were installed to the new layout plans with a large light coloured tea point in the centre of the floor plan.
The new floor finishes throughout brightened up the space and also complimented the newly painted brightly coloured walls. The board room was given a revamp including full decoration and some bright wall paper which carried on out on to the walk ways.
The works were carried out over a 6 week period and were completed on time and in budget.
