The 21,183 Sq ft project consisted of forming a large boardroom which could be divided into 3 separate rooms with the use of 2nr sliding folding walls, 4nr interview rooms and 4nr meeting rooms of their newly acquired space at Stratford.
We have undertaken a CAT B fit out of 16th floor for Governments executive agent The Insolvency Service. The 21,183 Sq ft project consisted of forming a large boardroom which could be divided into 3 separate rooms with the use of 2nr sliding folding walls, 4nr interview rooms and 4nr meeting rooms of their newly acquired space at Stratford.
Each of these rooms had to be formed independent of the existing base build chilled beams and other services by constructing free standing rooms with a secondary raft ceiling and secondary cooling.
Due to the confidential nature of the client’s business operations each of these rooms had to achieve a high acoustic rating with the use of high-performance Optima glazed partitions and Ecophon ceiling tiles. The client also required two bespoke tea points with timber ceiling rafts to provide a relaxed breakout area for the large occupancy numbers.
We also assisted the client with the co-ordination of their furniture installation following the supplementary installation of additional electrak and a full Cat 6 data infrastructure to suit the client requirements.
All of this was achieved under considerable budget constraints while ensuring the project was completed within a fast track 10 week programme.
