The glazed green bricks are a real talking point and were shortlisted for the brick awards.
There were some impressive design elements involved within this project. One of standout elements was the zinc roof. There structural elements were a complex design of multiple angles and levels. However, the Virtus team on site overcame any issues with their exemplary setting out skills and vast experience were able to produce exactly the end product Squires and Partners were seeking to attain.
The glazed green bricks at the front of building were not within the original design scope but certainly provided a finish to the Warwick Street elevation that will not be seen anywhere else and with the white glazed bricks flowing through the reception area which had been cut from a quarried lava rock and the white terrazzo poured floor providing a pleasant light entrance into the building and up out onto all the floors. Virtus produced the high-end finish much to the enthusiasm of a very satisfied client.
