Kings Court is a high-quality modern office building with feature brick and glazed elevations and a double storey reception area.
The building is set in attractive landscaped grounds with outdoor seating areas and benefits from a gated entrance.
Our scope included the full refurbishment of a shell and core 1st floor Office area, to a CAT A+ finish, the full refurbishment of the atrium style double story reception area which included the introduction of new access controlled entrance doors. The ground floor common parts where completely reconfigured to provide 6 superloos, a Doc M facility and shower. The external works included the full respraying of the front curtain wall system frame work to match to the new feature door, the introduction of an exceptional entrance canopy, new hard and soft landscaping which included upgrading the seating areas.
There was a new build “End of journey” Cyle pod introduced the front car park area which consists of 3 showers, WC’s, a locker area and access controlled cycle storage.
The end result totally transformed the arrival experience giving a contemporary feel to the site as a whole.
New bespoke Totem signage to the road side and entrance road completed the modernisation.
All works were completed in 16 weeks and on budget whiles the building was fully functional with existing Tenants.
