Virtus were instructed to carry out the Cat B fit out of Leonardo’s new office in the heart of Piccadilly.
The works at One Eagle Place were carried out over two floors and consisted of new glazed offices, meeting rooms, a large modern open reception area, office space for employees and break out space.
New heating, cooling and ventilation were installed along with LED lighting, power and data cabling.
The client was extremely happy with the quality of the fit out which was delivered on time and within budget. The project was a success and it was a pleasure to work alongside Fulkers Bailey Russel and deliver an end result that everyone can be proud of.
