“An absolutely stunning project delivered by our team”
The project comprised of the internal strip out and refurbishment of 7,542 sq m (82,000 sq ft) arranged over three floors returning the building back to Category A in partial occupation along with the subsequent Cat B fit out for an existing tenant in the premises occupying 1,600 sq m (17,225 sq ft). Works included full replacement of the existing base build services including the replacement of the obsolete infrastructure with new VRF air conditioning, ventilation, small power, two passenger lifts and lighting throughout to suit a new modern office environment with exposed services and soffits and vapour blasted columns to provide a modern light urban look and feel.
The design also incorporated a new main entrance with external walkway along with a purpose designed reception and coffee break out area with four large offices / meeting areas on the ground floor. All toilets were refurbished along with main communal staircases.
In addition the roof was stripped and recovered with improved insulation to provide better thermal performance whilst the façade was refurbished with replacement gaskets and resprayed to provide a fresh new look. All window gaskets were also replaced.
