Rathbone place was a challenging yet satisfying project which took 16 weeks to complete. Working over multiple floors, the project was completed on time and within budget.
The design team and Virtus worked together throughout the project to meet the clients expectations with the completed reception feature wall panelling being a real striking focal point.
There were a few difficult items to contend with on the project such as maximising space within the new shower rooms and cleaning/decoration of the external façade. Both points being overcome by moving away from the more traditional methods. This included the use of smaller supporting studwork for the shower walls and by working with both local councils to provide the necessary licenses to allow for the external works to be carried out in normal working hours using an extended boom lift with minor traffic management.
