Basement car park to state of the art boutique fitness studio. Check.
This was the first London location of Rowbots chain, part owned by Gareth Bale.
Virtus were appointed by Rowbots to transform an existing basement space, formerly used as a car park, into a state of the art boutique fitness studio.
There were a number of challenges to overcome throughout the works including the design, fabrication and installation of bespoke high end finishes, without compromising the desired acoustic properties required within studio.
The client team were a pleasure to work with and were very happy with the end result.
