I want to complete an office fit-out/ refurbishment, but I don’t think we have the money, what are my options?
Financing can be a great way to fund your office space without compromising. There are tax benefits to financing a project as well as budgeting advantages, as costs can be spread over a fixed period with monthly payments.
Even on a tight budget, you can make improvements to an existing space. There are also ways of making the costs of a fit-out more manageable – you can phase works to allow you to raise funds in the meantime, use refurbished furniture and consider value engineering alternatives.
I can't decide if I should renew my lease, or move?
There are two critical factors which should guide your decision here – financials and suitability. If you can find a cost-comparable new site which better suits the needs of the business, then it makes sense to move.
We have a designer we would like to use, can you accommodate that?
We are flexible when it comes to working with client-appointed partners, and this extends to designers. We are happy to work with external architects if that is your preference.
