A newly refurbished modern office meeting area featuring a large rectangular table with rounded edges, surrounded by five black ergonomic chairs on castors. The flooring has been updated with grey and white carpet tiles laid in a checkered pattern, offering a clean and contemporary look. The ceiling includes recessed LED lighting panels, contributing to energy efficiency and a bright workspace. Three large windows at the far end of the room allow ample natural light, enhanced by partially raised horizontal blinds. On both sides of the table, bold orange-red partition panels with artistic wave-like cutouts have been installed, adding visual interest and acoustic separation. A sleek black coat rack is positioned near the right partition, complementing the modern aesthetic. The overall refurbishment emphasizes functionality, comfort, and a vibrant yet professional atmosphere.

Virtus were delighted to be instructed by the Insolvency service to undertake yet another CAT B office fit out, of their recently acquired space within the Companies House complex on the outskirts of Cardiff City Centre. The works included the installation of a new Diakin heating and cooling system along with a Mitsibishi Lossnay ventilation system to provide state of the art HVAC across the new demise. New Electrical, Public health and Fire safety systems were all installed along with new Access control, AV and data cabling. Due to the clients acoustic requirements, the newly formed meeting and interview rooms were constructed from high performance Ecophon ceiling tiles, double glazed Optima screens and acoustic plasterboard partitions. FD30 veneered door sets were also installed with a sliding, folding wall which allows the large meeting room to be split into two spaces when required. Virtus were also on hand to assist the client with coordinating the IT infrastructure and the installation of their furniture and desking. The Kitchen area was carefully designed to provide DDA access to all appliances with height adjustable worktops allowing all staff to access sinks, Zip taps and other amenities.

All of the above was delivered to a high quality within budget and on time within the original 11 week fit out programme. It was a very enjoyable project to be involved in and was greatly appreciated by the client and professional team.
