Our dedicated small works department led by Chris Chiverton has extensive project management experience and specialises in small works projects.

We regularly complete small works for our clients from bike stores, external decorations, tea points, small reception areas and mechanical and electrical works.

Mechanical & Electrical

Virtus Contracts directly employ Technical Services Managers on all projects led by our Technical Director Stuart Austin to ensure the co-ordination of mechanical, electrical and public health installations through to testing and commissioning as they form such an important part of any fit out. They will be dedicated to the project for the duration of the fit out liaising with the employers professional team, trade contractors and site construction team to ensure a satisfactory completion.
