The clean lines, neutral tones, and functional layout reflect a modern fit-out approach that balances aesthetics with wayfinding clarity.

CI Tower is conveniently situated adjacent to New Malden mainline railway station which provides excellent access to Central London within 30 mins, this CAT A+ Project comprised of the reimaging of the 1,315 sq ft floor plate in to 2 stand alone Office units as well as communal break out area and Board room/Meeting space which can be enjoyed by all Tenants.

All areas enjoy the stunning elevated views of both London and Surrey, with both Office units benefiting from their own dedicated meeting room and team points, with the larger unit, also benefiting from a small break out space of its own.

Finished to the highest quality throughout, the multifunctional space was delivered on Programme in 16 weeks, having taken occupation of the stripped shell. A full MEHP scope was designed and installed which included new lighting throughout, new perimeter FCU’s to follow the original design of the fabric.

All furniture, specialist Joinery, Biophilia and soft furnishings made up the scope of this stunning, welcoming office environment.
