A stunning finish to this CAT A+ project in New Malden with views of both Surrey & London to boot.

A thoughtfully designed office interior featuring a custom-built shelving unit with a mix of open and closed compartments, some styled with greenery. Adjacent to the unit, minimalist directional signage is integrated into the wall, guiding occupants to key areas such as the lounge, meeting rooms, and offices. The clean lines, neutral tones, and functional layout reflect a modern fit-out approach that balances aesthetics with wayfinding clarity.

Located adjacent to New Malden mainline station, CI Tower offers direct access to Central London in under 30 minutes. This CAT A+ office fit-out transformed a 1,315 sq ft floorplate into two self-contained office suites, alongside a shared breakout area and a flexible boardroom and meeting space for all occupiers.

Both office suites benefit from elevated views across London and Surrey. In addition, each workspace features its own dedicated meeting room and tea point, providing tenants with greater flexibility and convenience. The larger suite also incorporates a private breakout area to support collaboration and informal working.

Throughout the project, the team focused on creating a premium workplace environment that would appeal to prospective occupiers. Therefore, we selected high-quality finishes and carefully considered every aspect of the design to maximise the potential of the space.

Having taken possession of a stripped shell, we completed the office fit-out within a 16-week programme. Furthermore, our team designed and installed a comprehensive MEPH package, including new lighting and perimeter fan coil units that aligned with the building’s original fabric and design intent.

To enhance the workplace experience, we incorporated new furniture, bespoke joinery, biophilic elements, and carefully selected soft furnishings throughout. As a result, the completed CAT A+ fit-out delivers a welcoming, modern office environment that balances functionality, flexibility, and visual appeal.
