Yet another successful high spec fit out in The City!

Modern office lounge area showcasing a recent refurbishment and fit-out. The space is divided by an open shelving unit with decorative items and greenery, creating distinct zones. One side features two pink sofas with blue cushions, a round wooden coffee table, and an orange accent wall with potted plants, emphasizing a vibrant and welcoming design. The opposite side includes four grey armchairs, a matching coffee table, and three cylindrical ottomans, offering a collaborative seating arrangement. Large windows and ceiling lights enhance natural and artificial lighting, highlighting the refreshed, functional layout.

We were delighted to be instructed by Colliers on behalf of Patrizia to design and refurbish three floors at 30 – 33 Minories.

The scope of works included CAT B fit outs along with WC and lift lobby refurbishments. New HVAC systems were installed along with fire safety and public health services.

The CAT B areas consisted of new plasterboard and glazed acoustic partitions to form new meeting rooms. Existing ceilings were removed with new SAS ceiling grids, LED lighting and ventilation grilles. The break out areas included new high end tea points with integrated appliances and ceramic tiling. The existing raised floor system was refurbished with new underfloor power and data installed and terminated into floor boxes to suit the new desk layouts. Floor finishes included Forbo carpet tiles and luxury vinyl tiles.

The project was handed over a week before the original practical completion date and within the client’s budget. All in all it was pleasure to be involved in the project and we are currently in the process of mobilising to start a new phase of works with the same professional team in the above building.
