Our recent Eden McCallum project was a Cat B fit out over 8,600 sq ft of Cat A base build developed by the Crown Estate. Fit out provide client meeting rooms, Video conferencing room, telephone booths, reception, break out facilities and open plan office area. Innovative and exciting layout and finishes to provide a fresh, attractive, creative and welcoming environment to work in.

Although the location was in a congested central London site it was overcome through planning and good site logistics. Building limitations that we worked within, and stringent landlord’s requirements that we developed the design around to achieve a great looking end product through a teamwork approach.

This was a memorable project of ours as it is a very exciting design, hands on client and great team effort.

The project was under budget and completed on time which was greatly appreciated by the client.
