An envious office space with views across Borough Market and of The Shard from the terrace.

Modern empty CAT A office space with light wooden flooring, white walls, black ceiling-support columns, recessed lighting, air conditioning vents, a large glass wall reflecting outdoor buildings and sky, and glass doors at the far end.

The works at Thrale House consisted of removing the top floor and building two new floors.

We installed a temporary roof to save the building from the elements whilst we carried out the internal works. The new top floors were fitted with new timber flooring throughout and exposed brick to some walls giving an industrial feel.

The lift was given an interior refit and new motor and new WC’s on the 4th floor to match the existing floors.

The 4th floor external wall was built using a new yellow brick which was innkeeping with the original yellow bricks and stone cornice which was also repaired on some floors and the new concrete cornice to match on the new floors.

We installed a fully glazed system on the 5th floor which provided a very bright and airy office space.
