The Project consisted of the reimagining of a Cat A space on the 3rd floor and the reworking of existing occupied office space on the 5th floor of the iconic 20 Gracechurch St for The Davies Group.
On the 3rd floor, we provided new meeting rooms, offices and bespoke phone booths to a Cat B finish, which also included kitchens and tea points, together with open plan desking areas. The mechanical and lighting services were adapted to suit the new layouts with additional FCU’s and life safety systems.
On the 5th floor, existing office areas were reconfigured to allow addition meeting spaces and there was a bank of bespoke phone booths introduced.
