A CAT B project over 18,800 sq ft in one of London’s most iconic buildings. A fantastic project to be part and a great team to work alongside.
The Project was the CAT B fit out of 18,800 square feet 15th floor of the Iconic London landmark, 20 Fenchurch Street. This included the full refurbishment of the 360 degree floor plate to the end users design, including new ceilings, glazed and solid partitions to form new offices and meeting rooms, bespoke joinery to which included a fantastic new reception, break out tea points and feature slatted partitions
Wall finishes included timber cladding and distinctive decorations with multiple floor finishes throughout the space which helped to clearly zone the required work areas.
New feature lighting was included in the Services packages, which also included the introduction of a new Server room and additional toilets for the floor.
Delivered in 12 weeks, the 15th floor of the Walkie Talkie is a fantastic working environment that compliment the jaw dropping views offered in the heart of London.
