Virtus have recently completed their second consecutive project for the East India Private Members Club in St James’s Square, London refurbishing 15 guest bedrooms and en suite bathrooms.

The works were undertaken in two phases over a total of 15 weeks including the strip out of all existing finishes and services and fitting them out to current day standards whilst retaining the character of the club with new sanitaryware and finishes to the bathrooms along with new wall linings, broadloom carpet and electrical services throughout to the bedrooms as well as replacement fire compartmentation doors.

All the works were undertaken with the club running at maximum capacity with pressure to complete the bedrooms on time for immediate letting.

The success of the project was achieved through regular dialogue and interfacing with the clubs in house facilities and management team to ensure that it was delivered on time and in line with their quality aspirations.
