Virtus were appointed by HLM Architects to undertake the Cat B fit out their new 3,600 sq ft head office space in Alie Street.

The main constraint was that works needed to be completed in a tight 7 week programme in order to accommodate their impending lease expiry.

The project involved the installation of new meeting rooms, tea point, bespoke joinery items, feature lighting throughout, fabric acoustic wall panelling, company branding and creating a light and airy modern open plan office space for their employees.

Virtus were able to complete works on time and budget ensuring the client was able to move in prior to the end of their lease.
