Virtus were appointed by HLM Architects to undertake the Cat B fit out their new 3,600 sq ft head office space in Alie Street.

This fast-track office fit-out with acoustic finishes and branded interiors transformed a vacant workspace into a modern and welcoming environment within a challenging programme. With the client’s lease expiry approaching, Virtus delivered the fast-track office fit-out with acoustic finishes and branded interiors in just seven weeks, enabling a seamless relocation without disruption to business operations.

Creating a Modern Workplace Environment

The project focused on delivering a high-quality open-plan office that supported collaboration, wellbeing and flexibility. To achieve this, the team installed new meeting rooms, a bespoke tea point and a range of custom joinery elements tailored to the client’s requirements.

In addition, feature lighting throughout the space enhanced the workplace experience and reinforced the contemporary design aesthetic. The carefully selected finishes created a bright, light-filled environment that encouraged productivity and supported day-to-day business activities.

Acoustic Finishes and Branded Interiors

As part of the fit-out, Virtus installed fabric acoustic wall panelling to improve sound control and enhance comfort within key working and meeting areas. Consequently, employees benefited from a more comfortable and functional workplace environment.

The team also incorporated company branding throughout the office to strengthen the client’s identity and create a space that reflected their culture and values. Furthermore, bespoke joinery features complemented the branding strategy and provided practical workplace solutions.

Delivering a Fast-Track Office Fit-Out

Delivering a fast-track office fit-out with acoustic finishes and branded interiors required careful planning, close coordination and efficient project management. Therefore, Virtus worked closely with the client and design team to maintain programme certainty throughout the project.

Despite the compressed timescale, the team completed the fit-out on time and within budget. As a result, the client moved into their new office before their previous lease expired, ensuring a smooth transition and a successful project outcome.
