Virtus were instructed to carry out the CAT A refurbishment of the office space and lobby on the fifth floor and WC’s refurbishment on the fifth and sixth floor at 11 Old Jewry, London.

The office had been unoccupied for a number of years and the fifth floor was in a poor state.

The architect created a bright open area with light finishes to the walls and grey ceilings and columns with exposed services neatly arranged throughout the floor.

The WC’s were given a new lease of life with new showers installed on both floors and black sanitaryware which was in keeping with the main office area.
The client was thrilled with the final result and was delivered on time.
