Office fit-out refurbishment works transformed Level 6 into a bright, contemporary workplace with a new layout, refreshed finishes and a central tea point. Virtus delivered the six-week project through carefully coordinated strip-out, partitioning, flooring and decoration works, completing the scheme on time and within budget.

The refurbishment retained suitable elements of the existing office while introducing new fit-out features throughout. As a result, the completed space provides a refreshed workplace with a stronger visual identity and more contemporary feel.

Strip-Out and Office Refurbishment

Virtus began by removing the existing internal partitions, doors and floor finishes. However, we retained the existing ceiling and carried out local repairs where the removal of partitions had affected surrounding areas.

This considered approach reduced unnecessary replacement works while preparing the office for its new configuration. We then installed new partitions in line with the revised space plan, creating a more effective layout across Level 6.

Contemporary Office Fit-Out

A large, light-coloured tea point forms a central feature within the new workplace. Positioned at the heart of the floor plan, it provides a strong focal point within the refurbished office.

In addition, new floor finishes helped brighten the workspace and complement the newly decorated walls. Bold colours introduce character throughout the interior, giving the office fit-out a more distinctive and energetic appearance.

Together, the new layout, flooring, decoration and tea point create a cohesive workplace with a fresh contemporary feel.

Boardroom Fit-Out and Refurbishment

The office fit-out refurbishment also included a complete refresh of the boardroom. Virtus redecorated the space and introduced a bold wallpaper finish to give the room greater visual impact.

Furthermore, the decorative treatment continues from the boardroom into the surrounding walkways. This creates a stronger connection between the different areas and establishes a consistent design language across the floor.

Six-Week Office Fit-Out Programme

Careful programme management allowed Virtus to coordinate the strip-out, partitioning, flooring and decorating works efficiently. Consequently, each stage progressed in sequence throughout the six-week programme.

The finished office fit-out refurbishment successfully transformed Level 6 into a brighter, more modern workplace. Most importantly, Virtus completed the project on time and within budget while delivering the new layout and finishes required by the client.
