62-64 Cornhill represents the continuation of a progressive roll out of office refurbishments working in partnership with an established team of professionals bringing commercial office spaces up to date from an aesthetic and services point of view ready for tenants to move in and operate from day 1.

At 62-64 Cornhill 2 general offices floors and the main building reception were refurbished with the remaining 5 floors in occupation.

An initial concept design based on a furniture plan was developed into a full working design with subtle variations between floors and included generous break out and tea point facilities.

During construction 1 floor was let and adjustments made to include a large boardroom were incorporated into the programme.

We are in discussions with the client team to continue the refurbishment of the premises as other floors become vacant.
