After the successful completion of the first site in Fitzrovia, Virtus were delighted to be selected once again by Rowbots to carry out the refurbishment and fit out of site two in the Broadgate Quarter, EC2, close to Liverpool Street station.

Once again the project had very strict acoustic requirements that had to be met along with the specialist lighting scheme and unique finishes throughout. The Gym studio was formed from a combination of blockwork and acoustic partitions which were erected on top of the acoustic concrete floating floor slab and rubber isolators in order to create the full, box in box effect.
New Electrical, Mechanical, Public health and fire safety services were installed along with bespoke Joinery, tiling, flooring and sanitaryware to create, state of the art changing areas.

The project ran smoothly from the outset and was completed within the client’s budget and to the programme duration that was originally provided. It was a pleasure to work alongside Sarah Mannerings Design Studio and the Rowbots team again and deliver a project and end result that all can be proud of.
