Refurbished Marsh & Parsons reception area featuring a modern wooden desk setup, illuminated branding, and updated seating with beige sofas and vibrant red and black chairs. Enhanced natural light from large windows and refreshed décor, including promotional posters and floral accents, complete the contemporary transformation.

Marsh & Parsons have been a long-time client of ours and we are delighted to add their Kennington office to our list of completed projects.

This was a Cat B fit out which required specialist finishes and extensive refurbishment of a tired base building. This was a change from the usual format with a new concept sympathetic to character of the building and under listed planning constraints.

The works included a main power upgrade, structural alterations to form a new basement space including a tanking system, WC’s, kitchen and the more commonly recognised signature reception and branding to the shopfront.

The completion of the project was carried out CLC Covid Guidelines and has been received well by everyone.
