Back at The Learning Experience for our second project and what an experience.
It was our pleasure to deliver another high end space.
The Project consisted of the conversation of a 2 storey existing Office building in to a high end Children’s nursery. This included the full strip out of all internal partitions, fixtures and fittings before a full new MEPH system was installed to serve the new layout designed specifically for the needs of early years learning for children up to Pre School age.
The 1033 sqm building was reimagined in to bright, inviting environment with purpose designed class rooms with bespoke joinery for each age range installed to all class rooms, including Infants, Toddler, Twaddler, Preppers and Pre-School.
A welcoming Reception and font of house area was installed together with a Professional standard fully fitted Kitchen, staff room, Laundry, pantry and Staff office area.
Externally, the tiered block paved surrounding court yard was brought to life with new child play areas finished in artificial grass and new fencing. New glazed doors were installed to replicate the existing systems.
There was a new access Control and security system installed to ensure the highest level of security for all occupants
Delivered on time and budget in 24 weeks.
