A fantastic repeat opportunity for a repeat client in the iconic 20 Gracechurch St, the Project was to repurpose an area of the 12th floor to maximise the potential.
The scope including removing all existing desking, kitchen and reception desk, the introduction of a new dividing wall together with a glazed access controlled door then the alteration to all services to reflect the new desking and furniture layout. Finally, the decoration, infill of floor finishes and the installation of new furniture including flexible desking and feature pieces.
Complete on Programme and handed over in late Feb 2025
