Fast-paced CAT B office fit out for the Insolvency Service in Brighton, delivering high-performance acoustic spaces, upgraded infrastructure and full MEP enhancements within a six-week programme.
Virtus were very happy to be instructed to carry out another CAT B office fit out for the Governments Insolvency Service in Brighton, working alongside ISS and Lewis Berkeley.
The project consisted of modifications to the existing mechanical and electrical systems, new data infrastructure along with new meeting and interview rooms, which had to achieve high acoustic ratings. This was achieved by using high performance acoustic plasterboard, glazing and ceiling tiles.
Virtus successfully delivered the project within the competitive six week timescale as originally promised. Virtus made a conscious effort to place all orders to our supply chain as early as possible, aware that the global pandemic may negatively impact timings.
The client and professional team were delighted with the end result.
