Refurbished modern office interior featuring a high-spec fit out with ergonomic workstations, sleek glass partitioning with geometric designs, and abundant natural light from large windows. The space integrates contemporary furnishings and greenery, highlighting a professional and revitalized working environment.

The Davies Group office fit-out at 20 Gracechurch Street transformed workspace across the third and fifth floors. Virtus converted the third-floor CAT A space into a modern CAT B workplace while also reconfiguring occupied offices on the fifth floor.

Located within this prominent London office building, the project focused on creating flexible spaces for meetings, focused work and collaboration. Throughout the works, our team carefully coordinated the new layouts with the existing workplace and building services.

CAT B Office Fit-Out at 20 Gracechurch Street

On the third floor, Virtus transformed the existing CAT A space to deliver a high-quality CAT B workplace. The new layout introduced meeting rooms, offices and bespoke phone booths.

In addition, we created new kitchens and tea points alongside open-plan desking areas. Together, these spaces provide a varied workplace that supports different ways of working.

The Davies Group office fit-out also required modifications to the existing mechanical and lighting services. Our team adapted these systems to suit the new layouts and introduced additional FCUs where required. We also coordinated the necessary life safety systems throughout the floor.

Fifth-Floor Office Refurbishment

On the fifth floor, our team reconfigured areas within the existing occupied workspace. This provided additional meeting spaces while making more effective use of the available floorplate.

Furthermore, we introduced a bank of bespoke phone booths to provide dedicated areas for calls and focused work. Careful coordination allowed us to integrate these new elements within the existing office environment.

Delivering the Davies Group Office Fit-Out

Across both floors, the project combined new CAT B spaces with the reconfiguration of existing offices. As a result, The Davies Group gained a more flexible workplace with additional meeting and collaboration areas.

The combination of offices, meeting rooms, open-plan desking and bespoke phone booths provides occupants with a range of working environments. Meanwhile, the upgraded building services support the revised layouts across the project.

Ultimately, the scheme successfully reimagined the third and fifth floors at 20 Gracechurch Street. The finished workplace combines functionality, flexibility and contemporary CAT B design within a prominent City of London office building.
