Refurbished office space featuring a stylish fit out with a cozy lounge area furnished with round green chairs, a beige sectional sofa, and modern stools on a patterned rug. Adjacent is a glass-enclosed meeting room with manifestation and contemporary furnishings, showcasing a well-executed refurbishment with mixed flooring and integrated greenery.

Our office renovation transformed the existing workspace through a focused programme of interior improvements. Delivered by the Virtus Small Works team, the project included new partitions, doors, electrical works, access control, reception signage and decorative finishes.

In addition, our team completed decoration throughout the space. Together, these improvements refreshed the workplace and created a more polished, functional environment for the client.

Office Renovation and Interior Upgrades

The scope required careful coordination across several different trades. Therefore, our Small Works team developed a detailed approach to manage each element efficiently.

Alongside the new partitions and doors, we coordinated the electrical installations and access control requirements. Furthermore, new manifestations enhanced the meeting rooms and booths. Reception signage provided another finishing touch and helped create a cohesive interior.

Our team also carefully coordinated the decorative works with the wider programme. As a result, we could achieve a consistent finish across the refurbished areas.

Office Renovation in an Occupied Building

Delivering the office renovation within an occupied building presented additional logistical considerations. Maintaining access and minimising disruption remained key priorities throughout the works.

Consequently, our team carefully planned activities around the restrictions associated with the live environment. This detailed planning allowed the project to progress efficiently while respecting other building users.

Moreover, close coordination between the different elements helped our team achieve the required turnaround without compromising the quality of the finished space.
