The building’s unique shape presented several construction challenges. However, careful planning, close coordination and considered execution allowed Virtus to overcome these constraints while maintaining the integrity of the design.
Contemporary Dentsu Office Fit-Out
The interior combines modern materials and innovative design features to create a memorable working environment. In particular, Dentsu incorporated a stretched fabric screen alongside a striking, thermally moulded signature reception desk.
Together, these elements create a distinctive arrival experience and give the reception its own identity. Moreover, the bespoke detailing complements the unusual architecture of 10 Hills Place, helping the new workspace make an immediate visual impact.
Bespoke London Office Fit-Out
Throughout the project, Virtus worked with the building’s distinctive form to successfully translate the design into the finished space. Consequently, careful coordination played an important role in delivering both the architectural features and specialist finishes.
The reception forms a key focal point within the Dentsu office fit-out. Its sculptural desk provides a strong centrepiece, while the stretched fabric installation introduces another contemporary element to the space.
In addition, the choice of modern materials reinforces the creative character of the workplace. These details help establish a headquarters that feels individual to Dentsu rather than a conventional commercial office environment.
Creating a Distinctive London Headquarters
The completed workspace brings together innovative materials, bespoke design and considered construction within one of London’s distinctive office buildings. Furthermore, the fit-out maximises the opportunities presented by the building’s unusual geometry rather than allowing its shape to restrict the design.
Virtus delivered an 11,200 sq ft workplace that provides Dentsu with a distinctive base for its European operations. The project demonstrates how intelligent planning, specialist construction and high-quality finishes can bring a bold workplace concept to life.
