Virtus was engaged to revitalize a deteriorating function room, enhance a boardroom for match-day hospitality, and refresh a stairwell to create a cohesive and welcoming environment.
The function room had fallen into disrepair, with outdated flooring, inadequate lighting, and a lack of modern amenities. The boardroom required reconfiguration to accommodate hospitality functions, and the stairwell needed aesthetic improvements to align with the refreshed spaces.
Virtus executed a comprehensive refurbishment, including:
- Function Room Revamp: Installed new flooring, modern lighting, air conditioning, and a bespoke bar area to create a contemporary, versatile space.
- Boardroom Transformation: Adapted the layout to serve as a premium hospitality suite for match days, enhancing both functionality and aesthetic appeal.
- Stairwell Enhancement: Applied a fresh, modern finish to improve the overall visual continuity of the facility.
The upgraded spaces now provide a dynamic and inviting atmosphere, significantly improving the venue’s usability and guest experience. The function room has become a stylish event space, while the boardroom’s transformation has elevated match-day hospitality offerings. The refreshed stairwell ensures a seamless transition between spaces, reinforcing a high-quality environment throughout.
