The Dulwich Hamlet refurbishment saw Virtus transform key hospitality and event spaces to create a more welcoming and versatile environment. The project focused on revitalising the function room, upgrading the boardroom and refreshing the connecting stairwell.

Function Room Refurbishment

The existing function room required a comprehensive refresh. Outdated flooring, limited lighting and a lack of modern amenities restricted the potential of the space.

Therefore, our team introduced new flooring, modern lighting and air conditioning. We also installed a bespoke bar area to create a more contemporary and flexible setting.

Together, these improvements transformed the function room into an inviting space suitable for events and hospitality.

Match-Day Hospitality Upgrades

Another important element of the Dulwich Hamlet refurbishment involved enhancing the existing boardroom. Our team reconfigured the space to improve its functionality and create a higher-quality hospitality environment.

As a result, the boardroom now provides a more suitable setting for match-day hospitality. The refreshed finishes also complement the wider improvements throughout the facility.

Improving the Stairwell and Shared Areas

Alongside the main hospitality spaces, Virtus refreshed the connecting stairwell. The new finishes improved its appearance while creating greater visual consistency between the different areas.

Furthermore, careful coordination ensured that the function room, boardroom and circulation areas formed part of a cohesive overall scheme.

Delivering an Enhanced Hospitality Environment

The completed project has created more attractive and functional spaces for events and hospitality. The function room now provides a contemporary setting, while the upgraded boardroom enhances the match-day experience.
