Virtus were delighted to be instructed to undertake yet another Design and Build project with a familiar professional team including NRP, Darling Associates, Cudd Bently and Nick Perry Associates for our client at Oval Estates.

This project compromised of the refurbishment of the existing reception area, creating a new high end club room along with modernising the existing common areas of the building.
The works finishes included a new antique bronze metal reception desk and backdrop with the surrounding walls finished in a specialist clay plaster finish. The ceilings were a mixture of MF along with a new SAS raft system within the clubroom.

All new HVAC services were installed along with fire safety, electrical and public health services which were all tested and commissioned as per the dates set out in the original construction programme.

The end result was fantastic and the project was delivered within the clients budget.
