A fast-track CAT B fit out for the Insolvency Service at Franciscan House, delivered within a seven-week programme. The project combined MEP upgrades, high-performance acoustic solutions and DDA-compliant access improvements, alongside full IT and furniture coordination.
Virtus were delighted to be instructed by the Insolvency service to undertake the CAT B office fit out, of their recently acquired space at Franciscan House.
The works included modifications to the existing landlords heating, cooling and ventilation systems along with new electrical, public health and fire safety systems. Due to the clients acoustic requirements, the newly formed meeting and interview rooms were constructed from high performance Ecophon ceiling tiles, double glazed Optima screens and acoustic plasterboard partitions. FD30 veneered door sets were also installed with automatic swing door operators to assist with DDA access. Virtus were also on hand to assist the client with coordinating the IT infrastructure and the installation of their furniture.
All of the above was delivered to a high quality within budget and on time within the original 7 week fit out programme. It was a very enjoyable project to be involved in and was greatly appreciated by the client and professional team.
